Question
I am running windows VISTA PS CS3 and photoshop is cropping the photos to a barely visible DOT - DO U KNOW WHAT COULD BE CAUSING THIS? never seen this happen. I double click the photo and the crop normally works.

Answer
Hi Helen,

When you select your crop tool, check the options bar at the top of your screen (below the menus). Im sure you have something input in either the resolution or size settings. Push the "clear" button to remove these settings. This will solve your issue.

Thanks

Kevin
