To make complete website you must know HTML, Photoshop, Some internet knowledge. In photoshop you can only design your layout or work on images. HTML allows you to create a page where you write your text and call images (other objects).\

Ok, photoshop only hepls to design layout and graphic things, I'll design it. I want to ask what should the size of page to design web page layout in photoshop(if we want whole page to design in photoshop).
After design it, is this necessary to break the graphics
into small parts to export them into M.S Front Page or
Adobe Dreamweaver. How to use animational buttons (on
mouse click or mouse over they change) if we don't want to
use flash buttons. What is the easy way after design web
page and to complete them in M.S Front Page or Adobe

Answer Well use 750 width so after converting to html it will be able to run at any resolution.
Yes ofcourse you will need to make slices in adobe photoshop this will automatically break your slices in separate images.
You can handle mouse over and mouse click event through Javascript. Ask any JS expert to help you in this task.
I recommend Adobe dreamweaver is a best tool for making a web page.
