Question Hi, is there a way to know the line weight equivalent of the pencil tool at 300 dpi? For instance, if I have a request to execute an illustration with line weights of at least .5 to .75, how do I judge that my line weights will match those specifications?
Thanks so much for any help you can provide with this!!!
Linda
Answer Hi Linda,
The point scale is 72 pts per inch or 4.166 pixels per pt at 300 dpi
This would make .5 pts 2 pixels and .75 pts = 3 pixels.
Hope this helps,
