Adobe Photoshop/Photoshop 7.0 Freezes when saving .JPG

Question
Was just wondering if you ever resolved this problem with no valid options when trying to save as .JPG.  I've been experiencing this exact problem on 2 computers recently.  One running XP the other Vista Pro.

Any pointers would be most helpful.

Thanks

Answer
Hi Roger,

You may have a dialog box that has been moved offscreen. After you click on Save you should get another Dialog box with JPEG options. Increase the resolution of your monitor and try to find this dialog box and move it back to the center of your screen.

Hope this helps,
