Adobe Photoshop/Reducing images in Photoshop

Question
Dear Kamal,
A problem I cannot find a solution to. I've reduced some JPEG images with Photoshop, I've decreased the pixels by going to Image/Size, but after printing them they all look "pixelated", losing a lot of quality, and looking quite blurry. I could understand if I had made them bigger, but not smaller. Any suggestions? I'd appreciate your prompt help, as I'm in a hurry. Thanks in advance for your time.

Sincerely,
Marcelo

Answer
Hi Marcelo,
If the image you are dealing with is GIF.
then convert the mode: Image>Mode>RGB Color
else continue with the next step.

Go to Image>Image Size
    Under Pixel Dimensions:
If you are aware of the final pixel size enter that value.
Or change the pixels to percentage and enter the desired value. (e.g 50% to reduce the image size to half)

also before you make the change make sure
the three checkboxes are checked below. (Scale styles, Contrain Proportions, Resample image)

Hope this helps.
else let me know all the steps you are doing.
