Question When I copy and paste images from one e-mail to another and send them to my friends the images do not get to them. I have tried copying and pasting images/pictures from an e-mail and tried sending it to myself to see if it comes through or not and it never does. All of my contacts/friends are telling me that the images do not come through to them if I copy and paste it to a different e-mail or if I just click on Forward and forward the e-mail with images to them it still does not go through. When I send the images either by copy & paste or by forwarding the e-mail all that comes through is a blank box with a tiny box in the upper left hand corner of the blank box with a small red "x" in it.
If you do not understand my question, e-mail me and I'll either call your phone number or send you my phone number so I can explain this problem by phone.
This problem started 3 days ago. Everytime before then the images went through when I emailed them.
How do I solve this problem?
Answer Hi Slim,
Whenever you copy something your computer holds it on it's internal clipboard until it gets pasted, It could be that you images are too big or your computer is running out of memory.
You can do a search for .tmp files and delete them to free up some memory and see if that helps.
The most sure-fire way to e-mail images is to save them to your computer and then, in the new e-mail, link to them. Most e-mail clients have a link icon that allows you to browse to the image and link to it.
Hope this helps,
Glen Demers
