Question
Kevin,
Site would not allow me to ask another follow-up question.  I have been using COLOR REPLACEMENT TOOL.  Using that selection, I do not see Pupil Size and Darken Amount but rather Brush Size (diameter).  I did this successfully a few times but decided to change the pupils in one photo to BLUE (stupid idea).  Once that was done, I have been unable to change back to BLACK default.  I tried to attach PRINT SCREEN so you can see my toolbar but I was unsuccessful using the file extensions you mentioned (my computer automatically modified them).  Can you suggest what I should do for more help?????
Thanks so much for your patience,
Carole

Answer
Hi Carole,

When using the color replacement tool, its depending on your foreground color in your tool bar.

If you hit "D" this will reset your colors while in this tool.

You have to do this while you are in the color replacement tool.

As for the other settings, your mode should be set to color, and your sampling should be set to continuous. Limits are contiguous and reset your tolerance to 32%. As long as your foreground color swatch is set to black you should see a desaturation. You can also switch to another color and see if you get color replacement, such as a red.

Thanks

Kevin
