QUESTION: Every time I start using Photoshop CS3, I always get the Program Error message and not able to complete anything. Can you help?

ANSWER: Hi Andy,

You'll probably have to re-install Photoshop.
Make sure you turn off any anti-virus software and other Adobe programs before doing this.

Hi Andy,

If you are on a Mac you have to have Administrator privileges to install Photoshop, you can install it under different users as long as you have the Administrator's password.
I don't know much about installing it on Windows machines but I'm sure they have their own security issues.
Adobe generally offers free tech support for installation and for the first 90 days of software use - have you tried calling them?
