Sir,
Hello
I would like to ask one question. I scanned an image through scanner and saved that file in jpeg format i want to transparent that image in Adobe photoshop but i dont know how to do this? Can u help me to resolve this.

Hi Shakeel,

Open the image in Photoshop and double click on the background layer in the layers palette. This will change the background layer to layer 1.
You can now adjust the opacity of the layer and image.
