AnswerHi Maryana,
ur welcome, am here to help :-)
Hope this helps.
Printing in a laser Printer:
- First and foremost check that the the laser Printer attached is installed with the appropriate drivers.
- Prepare your laser printer by pushing the "On" switch and allowing it time to warm up.
- Determine which size of Paper you will be using. eg. A4, Letter etc.
- Open your word processing software or Photoshop etc. even Windows Notepad will work for this job.
- Open Your document that has to be printed.
- Select "Page Setup." This is usually found under the "File" pull-down menu.
- Find the size of the paper you are using under the paper size option. The sizes are usually designated by both a size code such as A4 or No. 10 and the actual dimensions in either inches or millimeters.
- Determine the correct way to load the paper into your laser printer. This can be found in the manual that came with your printer.
- Open "Page Setup" and confirm that you have the correct paper size selected. Also check the paper orientation. If your paper is loaded with the short side going in first, select "Portrait." Select "Landscape" if your envelope is loaded with the top going in first.
- Select "Print" from the "File" pull down menu. Click "OK" to accept the options. Enjoy your professional looking Print.
