Hi Kamal,

I already asked you about, how to create same images like the attached image and you replied me to take help from

but can you tell me how can I get the same "sky blue background" effect as in attached image?

Hi Amit,
so it was that blue background u were asking...

for that you can google "halftone"

from there you can pick one image.. delete the white colour and fill the black dots with blue and put it over a blue background layer. also playing with opacity and layer modes will give you better feel.
