Hi. How do I resize the text cursor? Every time I use the text tab, the cursor appears very long.

Hi Ceci,

This is an incompatibility error. Photoshop 7 is not supported in Windows Vista.

There were several reasons that caused this, but since Adobe had moved on, there was no definitive answer. Two options seemed to fix this. One is to reinstall Photoshop 7, as it may have become an issue with an update from Windows. The second option is to check your pixel aspect ratio. It should be "Square", but with this error many people were not seeing text at all so you are at least one step ahead.

Hope this helps, unfortunately there were no patches or bug fixes since Vista came well after 7 reached EOL.
