Hello

I bought several used Adobe software on eBay,they were all registered before,I was able to install and use them.Here's a list:

PS7
InDesign 1.5
Illustrator 10
Acrobat 6

Question: If I contact Adobe would they contact the previous owner for the license transfer to me ? The eBay seller is not the owner.

Would be necessary registering these old software.I was told that,there's no more support for these due to age.Any true ?

Hi Tim,

I know that some of this software will contact Adobe when you are connected to the internet.

My best advice would be to contact Adobe and see what they say. At the very least, you will need the original owner(s) to sign letters stating that they will remove all software from their computers and are transferring the serial numbers to your name. Even though they are older versions they are still working Adobe products and Adobe controls the licensing of their use. Make sure you get the serial numbers registered in your name before using the software or you could be in violation of applicable laws.
