Adobe Photoshop/Fonts

Question
How do I download new fonts into photoshop CS2 for mac

Answer
Hi Seymour,

Just copy the fonts into a fonts folder in either Library>Fonts or Users>*username*>Library>Fonts. When you relaunch Photoshop they should be available.
You may also put fonts in System>Library>Fonts or Library>Application Support>Adobe>Fonts but I would not recommend it. These folders contain required fonts for the system and applications to run, and moving them out of these folders could cause problems. I would use just the User>Library>Fonts folder for new fonts or use a font management program. This way if you suspect a font problem, you can easily delete the new fonts without touching the required fonts.

Hope this helps,
