Question
I have a lot of Photo soft ware on this comp.I use outbook express as my email. When I get a email that requires me to open it with adobe, I can't. I get a msg box that asks what method to use to open,ex: My documents, pad, explorer etc. I have tried all of these with no sucess. I have the free adobe installed on my comp #9.2. I can't open adobe on my desktop. Thank you

HI Felex,

You have to direct your file to the Adobe Acrobat application you have installed when it asks you what method to open the pdf. The easier thing to do is to go to the file's properties (right click on the icon) and choose Adobe Acrobat under the "Open With" option. Just because you have it installed does not mean your computer knows to use it to read PDFs.
