Answer
Hi Ragai,

It's a pretty broad error to pinpoint what is going on, but I have a two ideas.

If you are a Wacom tablet or other device installed besides just a mouse, uninstall the drivers and download the latest drivers from Wacom.

The other is to run the updates from Adobe regarding this tech document:

http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/331/331779.html

The updates can be found here:

http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/product.jsp?product=39&platform=Windows

Hope this helps.
