Question
how do i borderline words so that i can stroke them

Answer
Hi Decarlos,

To apply a stroke around each letter of your text, open the layers panel and double click on your text layer to open the "blending options" window. At the very bottom of the options on the left side of this window, there is an option to apply a stroke. If you click on it, you can set the width, color, opacity of the stroke and even apply a gradient as your stroke.

To apply a stroke under your text, or underline it, click the button the character panel which looks like a capital T with a line under it. Do that while your text is selected of course.

Same thing applies for a stroke through text, only you should choose the button in the character panel which is a T with a stroke through it.

Does that answer your question?
