Adobe Photoshop/Ref: question

Question
Good day
Can you tell me how hard it is to learn Photoshop CS5 (and how long would it take) if someone knows Photoshop Elements 9?
Are both programs completely different or most of it overlaps and it is easy to learn if one knows Elements 9.

Hi Sunil,

It all depends on how your learning curve is. Photoshop CS5 does have some similarities to Elements, but it is not exactly the same and there are some pretty big differences between the two. My best advice is to review tv.adobe.com and watch the videos on CS5 to help jump start your learning curve. Knowing Elements helps, but is not a substitute for knowing the full CS5 application.
