Question
I want to remove a person next to me in a picture when I was on a couch as well as make that space that they "using" next to me look normal so the couch can look like no one was sitting next to me. What is the best thing I can do to go about that process? Thanks for your time.

Answer
Hello MisterMax,

Using the rubber stamp tool, you'll have to clone areas of the couch over the person sitting on it. The safest way is to copy parts of the couch to a new layer then move and clone them to cover the person's image. Next you can use the Healing Brush to blend the edges.

Good luck,

Adobe Photoshop
