Answer
Hello,

When designing for print it's best to work in a CMYK color space from the start because there can be such a dramatic color shift when you convert from RGB, especially a large gamut RGB space. Your Bright Greens, Reds and Deep Blues will be affected.
For a clear explanation so here;

To get bright colors in CMYK try to eliminate off color tints, such as remove all the Cyan from your Reds leaving only the Magenta and Yellow. You can do this easily by going to Image>Adjustemnts>Selective Color. Also try to boost the primary components of a color, for example in the dark blues, increase Cyan. Increasing the Black and decreasing the Magenta will make the Blues darker without turning them purple.

Hope this helps,
