Adobe Photoshop/Finding PMS colors in Photoshop

Question
I have an image that I need to find the pms colors for. I am really new to photoshop, and I have no clue where to begin. Thanks.

Answer
Hi Lizette,

First, select the eyedropper tool and click on the color you need to find. The color will appear in the foreground color swatch on your toolbar.

Click on this swatch to bring up the color chooser and click on "Color Libraries". Then you can select the Pantone book you need to reference. Photoshop will find the PMS color closest to the one you clicked on.

Hope this helps,
