Hi.

Sir how to give dry brush effect stroke to a circle. it should look like it is being painted by dry brush

Hi,
This is best achieved in Adobe Illustrator rather than Photoshop.

In illustrator
you just draw a circle
go to the menu Window>Brushes
and click on a desired brush, in this case i think the brush called Charcoal- Feather solves the purpose.

With Photoshop
You got to either look for a Dry brush preset.
or choose one that comes with photoshop (Dry Media Brush)
and Manually draw a circle.

Give both a try and see which one u like.
