Question
I used the following link to open a .atn file.
http://experts.about.com/q/Adobe-Photoshop-1028/trouble-atn-file.htm
However, I received an error messages while trying.
It said, "Could not load actions because the file is not compatible with this version of Photoshop."
I don't have an idea to solve this problem now.

Lets start off with the easy solution

you are loading them, not trying to open them, right?
(are you going to the actions window, pressing the triangle and hit load actions?)

if you are...hmmm...something might be corrupted in your actions. Try getting them again from your source.
