Adobe Photoshop/Adobe PhotoShop 7 Graphic Border

Question
My daughter created a Photoshop Graphic file. The graphic has a square border surrounding it, and when pasting or copying to a label or a print file, the border shows as white even if you change the background color on the label or page. Is there a away to remove the white border surrounding the graphic? Also can it be saved as a .PSP file?

Answer
The border you can see on the page is the margin area that needs to catch the paper while printing.

You can decrease the margin area by going into page setup command, but cannot eliminate it.

If you really wants to get rid of it, cut the around area with scissor or some cutter, this is what I do also :)
