Can you please show me a step by step in detail process of airbrushing/retouching a face portrait of someone? To make them look like a model in a magazine kinda? Picture samples would be helpful as well. Thanks in advanced.

that is tall order.

I'm sorry, there are too many steps to tell you.  What you need to do is get the Classroom in a book series, the one called phtoshop. I'm not trying to be mean or anything, but I can't just type it all, as it will take me half an hour to get you started.

Bascially open your picture and start playing with your stamp tool, healing tool and image adjustments. If you don't what these are, you're not ready.  Seriously, it's called "Classroom in a book - photoshop", great book! There are lots of tutorials online as well.
