Adobe Photoshop/Colour saving problems

Question
Hi, Kamal. I have this problem, where when I save anything in PhotoShop CS2, it changes colours. I tried changing colour profiles, changing Working space to RGB, and nothing helped. it just goes from soft colours that are supposed, to more basic colours (from purple to red, and so on). The shading and similar effects stay, though.
And, when I take a screenshot of the work, it can be saved with the colours how they were supposed to look. I saved one work with this, but I have some works larger than screen (and it is a little forceful).
It would be nice, if it could be solved without losing the current work, but I will be grateful for any help.
Thank you,

Wolfii

Answer
Hi Wolfii,
I assume you are saving using the 'Save For Web' method  here. And may be because its being optimized a lot, the colors are changing the way u mentioned.

After going to 'Save For Web' dialogue box select 'JPEG High' if you are saving in JPG format. And if you want to save it in gif format, try the 'preset' 'GIF 128 dithered' or 'GIF 64 dithered'.

If the problem is something else, please let me know.
