Can you offer some advice on the best way to compress JPG images with Photoshop 7?  I am working on a web project using Flash 5.  I resized all of my photos in Photoshop, but see come compression artifacts in the images after I import them into Flash.

Hi Jim,

Try using the "Save for Web" function rather than "Save As".  It can be found in the File menu.

"Save for Web" gives you a lot more control over the quality of the image and you can see the final result before you commit to it.  You can also do your resizing within the "Save for Web function.
