Question
I would like to create a picture similar to the one at the Southwest.com website (http://southwest.com/) that has the family with the white bordering. Can this be done in Adobe Photoshop 7.0 and if so how? If you know of a tutorial you could point me to please do so.

Hello Dennis, below is what you can do

-Duplicate photo layer
-Fill the lower layer with white color
-Reduce the top layer so that it will be smaller than bottom layer
-Reduce the bottom layer, like 2/8”
-Layer > Layer Style > Drop Shadow
-Angle 140
-Play with: Distance 11, Spread 13, and size 6.  
this will give you what is on that site.
