Question
I would like to create a picture similar to the one at the Southwest.com website (http://southwest.com/) that has the family with the white bordering. Can this be done in Adobe Photoshop 7.0 and if so how? If you know of a tutorial you could point me to please do so.    In response to your reply to me...I am only interested in the white border around the picture.

Answer
It’s easy!

. Select the sides of the picture you want to have white border with marquee selection tool.

. Invert the selection (Ctrl+Alt+I)

. Take a new layer (Layer panel, click on the new layer button the bottom)

. Type D, press Ctrl+Delete from the keyboard, if black color appear use the Alt+Delete key

Hope this will help, free to ask anything further
