I have CS3 and I am trying to create block shapes which need to be at a 21 degree angle.  I'm unsure of how I can draw a line and make sure it is at a 21 degree angle - any tips?

Hi Natalie,
one of the way to do this is, to select the object or go to the layer and press contol T on your keyboard,
Edit, Transform, Distort, hold your mouse down and move the angle, with this you should be able move the angle to any degree.
