Hi there I'm using Adobe Photoshop Elements 4.0 and cna find the free form pen tool I'm trying to my a b-ball sig and need it on the player. Can I download it so i can have etc. I really need help.

Are you asking about the writing tool?

You can use the brush tool, which works pretty well. But there really isn't a plug-in, at least I don't think. For best results, you can use a tablet, but these cost a lot.

You can also write your signature on something, then scan it in, delete the background and place your signature on the ball picture.
