Question
Thank you for your quick response! Basically you are saying that there is NO way to fit these photos in wothout enlarging them correct? Or dropping in and adding color/text/other pics on borders right? I just want it in writing so my friend does not think I am nuts.

Thank you again for your help!

-----Question-----
Hi ~

I was asked to make a calendar. They want the size to be 11 x 8 1/2 but the photos supplied are 8/12 x 11. I cannot think of any logical way of fitting these images in the InDesign file without enlarging the art...any suggestions?
-----Answer-----
hello,

either stick them in the middle and maybe create a some text, or peom, or some art.

or tell them to do what you asked them to do. :)

there are templates for vertical calendars out there...I'm not sure where, maybe in the cd that came with the discs?

Answer
hey there,

no, thats not what I said (and if i did sorry :))

enlarging, eh...not a good idea. you can, but they will be grainy.  But you can add text and things like clipart and things.

however, I will say in writing, to your friend, do what you're told! It is a pain to try to fix these things.  :)
