I have CS2 and when i navigate to filters>distort there is no liquify option to select. Is this an additional filter that i need to download or should it already be there?. Thanks in advance.

is it grayed out? - change your mode to RGB. That opens all the filters (change it back to CMYK before you print :)

is it not there at all? - there's something wrong. if you own it, update ;). If you're illegal, find it online or through someone who knows how to grab it from their photoshop.
