Question
I am having a little problem with typing text in photoshop, when i type, the letters are very unsharp and they have very bad quality. No matter what font i use.

Am i deleted some file or i just am stupid?

Answer
No you are certainly not :)

But it’s just a matter of what option of font anti-aliasing you have chosen.

The one you presented in picture is the NONE option.

(Check text options palette > right side drop down box, next to languages)
