Adobe Photoshop/Opening files from the desktop

Question
I have PHOTOSHOP CS and OS X 10.3.7 System  installed .
Normally, I would doulbe-click a file created with  photoshop and it would... 1. Open photoshop and then 2. the image would open.
But, now I have to open all photoshop file images through photoshop.
How can I fix this?

Dear jim

It seems that your default image viewer software has been changed to Photoshop, once you will be able to change this, your problem will be resolved.

I do not remember where it does located, but you will have to search in order to change it, maybe a new picture browser installation will solve the problem.
