Question
Please give me a suggestion for the easiest, cheapest and best program to use  to  make a photo collage postcard as described below.

I want to create a 4" X 6" photo postcard that has on its face 6 small squares each measuring  2" X 2"

Each square would have a thin white border.  Five squares would each contain a photo of a different house exterior, and the sixth square would have bold type indicating my company name and phone number.

Each of the 5 photos would be in a different JPEG file prior  to assembling in the postcard format.  I need to save the completed 6 panel post card in jpeg format to print photographically.

Dear Bruce,

um... it all depends on you, if you are too good in MS paint you can even create it there too, all you have to do is to b accurate in choosing image's position while copy/pasting it on your master file. And position the master file's boxes as accurate as possible.
