QUESTION: I have recently installed PS CS2 and am having problems with the program shutting down while in the middle of editing text. I wont happen everytime but it does happen A LOT......please help

ANSWER: You're on a new Mac, yes?

If so, update both CS2 files AND your quicktime files.

You may still need to reinstall CS2 as well, but update and restart your computer first.

(If you have an illegal copy, you can't fix it).

QUESTION: I am on a PC, and it is a legal ver, it's the entire suite. All brand new. If I go back to the older ver (7.0) I don't have this problem.

Its for work and I even had the IT people switch me with a diff computer and still the same prob with CS2

Anything else I can try????

I'm now guessing, but if all CS2s are doing this, then it probably has something to do with the CS2 that was given to the place you work at.

The only thing I can think of is that you are not updated - if it's you at all. \

1. call IT
2. Virous check
3. update.
