Question
Dear Lizal,
Hi,
Just say to me how can I add more different filters to my PhotoShop? --I need it free of charge!

Thanks a lot.

Answer
Hi Bobi,

Do you need the filters free of charge, or the answer to your question?! The answer is free, and basically, you store your Photoshop filters in a folder that's located within your Photoshop Plug-Ins folder. So the path is [your hard drive] > Photoshop folder > Plug-Ins > Filters.

Look at this screenshot -- this is from my Mac, and on a Mac, all you have to do is drag the filter into the Filters folder. Note that the Filters folder is located within the Plug-Ins folder.

If you're using a PC, the installation might be different, and you should read this page, especially the "how do I install it" link near the bottom of the page:
http://www.photoshop-filters.com/index.htm

That site also has a links page for finding and downloading new filters.

Some filters are free, some are not, as you'll see. And many are downloadable.

Hope this helps,

Lisa

Expertise

I've used Photoshop since the release of version 2. I taught college commercial art and graphic design for 10 years, and within that realm, taught Photoshop at every level, and with each successive product upgrade. My experience with Photoshop is thus extensive and well-rounded, from photo retouching to color adjustment to incorporating Photoshop and ImageReady into Web design. I am primarily a Mac user (since 1985), but am also PC-savvy.

Experience

I've been a graphic designer for 22 years, was a national magazine art director, a designer for the Department of Defense, a college art instructor, and have my own freelance Web and graphic design business, LittleWorks (www.little-works.com). I've also worked for several printing companies, in both prepress and art.

Awards and Honors
PICA award (Printing Industry of the Carolinas Award for the design of a media kit that accompanied a magazine I was art directing at the time)
