Question
Aloha Candance! My question is that I want to make a Dvd cover for my
wedding video. I have the pictures that my photographer gave me. I
believe he shot them with a Cannon SLR 20D. The pictures are on a disc
and I am using a template I found off the net. My problem is that when I
crop the pictures and resize them to the way I want them, and go to
print. The pictures are all pixelated and blurry. I tried changing the DPI
to 300 and the Resolution to 300, but they still come out blurry. Can you
please walk me through step by step how to resize, crop a picture,
change resolution, and put multiple pictures on one cover. I would really
like to suprise my wife this Christmas. Thanks! Leon
p.s. Could you also reccomend what type of paper to use. I have an
Epson 900 photo stylus injet printer

Answer
Hey Leon,

hmm...I'm not sure you're having a problem..anywho, here's what you do:

resize:
1. double click on the layer you want to resize if you see a lock on the layer.  This will unlock the layer.

press apple T (transform). press shift and resize your image.

press enter.

Resoulution:
You seemed to have gotten this.
Before you resize, move your photo over to a new file that is already 300 dpi.

pictures on one cover.

Make your CD size in a new document, 300 dpi.  Move the pictures over and size accordingly.

CONGRATULATIONS ;)
