Question
My friend has photoshop version 8 for windows. I need to do a record cover for them. To do this I want to draw an image by hand. Scan it into the computer, and be able to alter the drawing. Like adding gradients, colors and effects. With illustrator you have to use live trace and it never works right. It always makes it look funny. I was wondering how to apply the effects in photoshop, I am assuming it is a different process. Just a rough tutorial will do the trick!
