Where are some good websites to find a lot of different tutorials that constantly update showing new skills to really make professional looking images?

I hope I understand you correctly -- are you talking about updating *your* skills, or the author of the tutorial?

Also, you don't mention the version of Photoshop you want tutorials for, or the platform.
