Hello : I am having a problem getting the templates to print my pics. I have adobe photodeluxe home addition 3.0 . that came with my scanner software. When I click on "choose layout" it brings up the different templates to choose from. But when i click on one it says "insert the cd hp scanning then click ok. I do that then it says"cant find photo stored in file m:\pdart\template\stansize\standrd7.jpg" do you know why I cant bring up these templates?

Answer
The CD you have has somehow missing those files you are searching, try something, lets try i.e. "standrd7.jpg" in the CD maybe the folder location has been misplaced.

There could be some other problem also, but one has to see the things thoroughly first.
