Answer -
Dear Karen, It's easy,

Make a selection of the required area you want to make normal (preferably with Elliptical Marquee Tool), go to Hue/Saturation box and make the saturation to -100.

You will get the result; feel free to ask anything further

Answer
Dear Karen,

You will need to do multiple things,

1. Make a selection of eye
2. Go to Hue/saturation dialogue box
3. Make the colorize check select if required and change the saturation slider to -100 or whatever is the color of the eye, play with all three bars and see what suits best

Try this, if this still confusing, send me your file; I will make one for you.
