Question
I need to give the proofs to this girl that I took pictures for and I need to somehow place a stamp on my pictures saying PROOF across it, but without altering the picture.  Like a see through, just outlined word across the picture.  How do I do that?  I've been trying to figure it out for 2 hrs! Ugh

It’s easy

. Type the text
. Select move tool (V)
. Type 2 or 4 any from 1-9 (this will show you the opacity level from 10% to 90%)

TO MAKE OUTLINE:

.make selection (Press CTRL key from keyboard and click on the layer thumbnail view)

.go to EDIT > STROKE and apply the stroke (check thickness and color tone
