Question
I have Photoshop 7.0  I want to turn a large group of photos from color into black and white.  Is there a way to do that without opening each one individually?  I'm hoping to do something like I do when I automate a web photo gallery.  Thanks!

Answer
1. open one photo
2. go to your windows menu and find actions
3. make a new action like you would a layer
4. press the record button (the circle)
5. make the photo black and white
6. press save
7. close
8. press the stop button on the actions tab
9. make a new folder
10. go to file, automate, batch
11. in the choose part, choose your folder that you have the photos in
12. in the destination part, choose the new folder
13. press ok.

yay!
