Question
After processing and editing an image in photoshop I try to either
save it for the web or bring it into another program and the image
becomes desaturated and cool. How can i avoid this? i usually
switch to the monitor proof setup and alter the image until its close
to the original, but it's extremely time consuming and there must
be some easier color space solution i don't know about. Any ideas?

Answer
I think you are using GIF format for photographic/many color images, if you image has too any colors like a photo, try to use JPG format. Also; try to check the picture quality tab too.

Try with this, hope this will help
