Question
after installing adobe photoshop 7, when i open it for the first time its giving this statement "you currently have adobe photoshop's scratch and windows' primary paging file on the same volume which can result in reduced perfomance. it is recommended that you set adobe photoshop's primary scratch volume to be out difference preferably on a different physical drive' if i click ok the programe start intialising and immediately close down (its not opening)if i open a photoshop file from my doc, still it will close before i view the file contents

Hi Zebb,

change the primary scratch from C to any other drive go to Preferences (Ctrl+K) and scratch disc and change the default disc to another disc (use different partitions in options except the drive which has adobe installed)


Reboot PS and check, hope this will help,
