Question
I need to put a think white border only on the top and left side of a pic. Please help with how I would do this.

. Take a separate Layer (only for line)
. Take the line tool, and make the thickness 3px, you may increase it up to 16px
. Draw a White line around your picture; put the line layer above/under the picture layer, as you require.
