Question
I have a habbit to edit my photos using Adobe photoshop 7.0. i want to convert my photo into a drawing(only outlines)  drawn by pencil with hand on white background.I will be thankful if u help me in this query.

You'll need to manually do this.
Use your pen tool to trace out your pictures (alt + click to anchor your lines)
choose a small brush and a color you want
make a new layer
go to your paths palate and click the right triangle and choose, create stroke.
press ok
