Questionhi there, ive searched high and low on the internet for the answers to these questions with no avail, i am very new to photoshop and need to find the answers to these questions for my course and then learn them for a test i have. If theres any way at all you could help i would be ever so grateful.Its all about photoshop...
1. What happens if you were to “Backspace or Clear” a selection from a new TIFF file.
2. What happens if you were to “Backspace or Clear” a selection from a PSD file.
4. Name two ways in which you might repair small parts of an image.
5. Suggest a way in which you might repair a larger area of an image.
6. What is a “History State”.
7. What is a “Snapshot”.
8. What is an “Adjustment Layer” and why is it useful.

11. What does a Pixel value of zero represent in an image.
12. What is the maximum value of a Pixel.
13. For what is the “Eyedropper” tool used.
14. What is the difference between the “Hand Tool” and the “Move Tool”.
16. What do we mean by “Keyboard Short Cuts”.
17. What is a quick way to colour correct an image containing a white or grey area.
18. What is “Interpolation” and when is it used.
19. Why do we use “Unsharp Mask”, and also when.
20. Is there a way to correct perspective distortion when working on an image.
21. Name two ways to convert a Colour image to Black and White.
22. What is the difference between “Canvas Size” and “Image Size”.
23. What is a “Histogram”.
24. Is there another way to place an image or part of an image into a new image other than using “Cut and Paste”.
25. Following on, what happens if the resolution of the source image is different to that of the destination image.
26. What is the resolution used when producing images for the Internet.
27. What happens if an image used for the Internet is then used as a source for making a print to A4.
28. Is there any data lost when opening and re-saving images using the JPEG format, explain answer.
29. What is the difference between a “Mask” and a “Selection”.
